IS URSTASH OFFERED INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, URSTASH is only available in the US.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY URSTASH?

All new orders placed after the 14th of a calendar month will be shipped on the 15th of the following calendar month. So, a new order placed August 15th will ship by the 15th of September. All following stashes will ship monthly thereafter.

ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS IN HYGIENE STASHES NATURAL?

All of the items in URSTASH Hygiene stashes are all natural and/or organic by way of third-party certification.

HOW DO I CONTACT URSTASH?

Our office hours are from 9 AM - 5 PM PST Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday as well as national holidays. You can reach us by email at contact@itsurstash.com

MAY I COMBINE SNACK AND HYGIENE STASHES?

Yes, a MONTHLY subscription allows to combine a snack and hygiene stash. If you have a 3 or 6 month subscription, you have to purchase a separate subscription. You can keep both active or pause one/both in your account.

I'M A VENDOR, HOW DO I WORK WITH URSTASH?

Please email our product procurement team at newvendors@itsurstash.com along with a little bit about your GMO-Free and/or Organic brand as well as a few high-lights. One of our associates will get back to you within a few days.

AUTO-RENEWAL AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the 15th of the month either monthly, quarterly, or bi-yearly depending on your subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us an email at cancel@itsurstash.com. In order to cancel your subscription, you must email your cancellation request before your next renewal date. In your account you have the option to PAUSE your account without cancellation and not be charged. If you are a monthly subscriber you may choose to skip your next shipment.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your delivery address at any time by logging into your URSTASH online account. To be effective for your next shipment, you must submit your address change prior to your next shipping date (before the 15th of the month).

CAN I GET A REFUND ON A FIRST TIME ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

All first-time initial orders placed by new customers have a 24 hour cancellation window (calendar hours) from the time of order to the receipt of any cancellation and/or refund request. In order to cancel your first time initial order you must email your cancellation request to cancel@itsurstash.com before the close of the 24 hour window (calendar hours). Unfortunately, due to immediate product purchasing protocols that initiate within 24 hours of an order placed, there are no refunds for first time initial order requests that come in after the 24-hour window.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY STASH OR AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Sometimes shipping is not so nice to the stashes and so damage can occur. If an item in your stash is opened, damaged or otherwise not usable please take a few pictures of A) The Item in Question and B) The Stash Itself and email us at contact@itsurstash.com. A customer service representative will reach out to you within 24 business hours.
